We will send you a statement at the end of each month via email or mail depending on your preference. Payment can be made by cash, check, money order, Paypal and credit card. Our new account system allows hassle free set up with bank account information or a credit card on file. Your statement lists the services you received and the amount due. The payment due date will be noted on your bill. A late fee of $3.00 will be applied to your next statement if payment is not received in time. If we don’t receive payment including the late fee by the last day of that month we will be forced to suspend service until payment is made. All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 returned check fee.

What if I don’t get a statement?
If you don’t receive your statement contact us immediately. We will be happy to mail/e-mail you a new statement. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected invoices. If your account is setup you will have access to your full invoice history.
What if I need to cancel an upcoming cleaning?
If you need to skip a future cleaning and give us at least a 24 hour notice. If you provided an email your account is setup and you have the ability to cancel or delay service at any time with the click of a button.
What if I cancel your service?
You'll never be asked to sign a long term contract with A Doggone Waste. You can cancel your service at any time for any reason.
